IndieBacklog.dev

2024 - 2025 • Status: abandoned

I was working on multiple projects and websites, with a large list of bugs to fix and features to implement. I wanted to be able to switch between 'deadline-view' and 'value/effort ratio-view', something I could not do with existing solutions. I also believed that solo developers like me were being underserved in the task-management space: everybody was targetting teams. So I built my own solution and decided to make it publicly available. Over time I started to use other ways to manage my backlog and I abandoned the project.

Project Arcalor

2025 • Status: paused

Back in the day I used to play Travian. Unfortunately that game became hugely pay-to-win. Travian is a relatively simple browser game, and working together with others, at a massive scale, over extended periods to achieve glory on your game world was something that was just not offered by today's games. I got a little traction on Reddit here and here. My goal was to create a game that offered that experience. It was just one of those little side projects, and I ended up pausing it.
